ABOUT US

Gatame Co LLC was created by Mike MacGregor,   a Black Belt in BJJ, and a  graphic artist.  He is also co-owner of the academy, Mako Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The goal of Gatame Co is to bring style, sleek design, and practical products to the grappling community.

Mike also encourages you to smash your opponents in kesa gatame, heel hook white belts, try to wrist lock your professor, skip warm-ups (purple belts), drink a beer after class, grow a mustache, train and compete to win.
